All individual game titles, trademarks, audio tracks, and game characters belong to their respective original developers and publishers (including FreezeNova, Poki, and independent creators). Games are showcased in accordance with standard web linking and developer embed guidelines.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our gaming platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our team tests every title to ensure safety and 60 FPS performance, we do not warrant that game servers will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete browsers.
